Overview

As a private community, Fox Meadow Condominium does not fall under the Town of Brookhaven garbage collection schedule. Your common charges help to pay for a separate contract with a garbage carter. In an effort to reduce costs and minimize the number of collection days, we ask for your help in reducing the amount of garbage placed in dumpsters. If your unit is undergoing construction, you must purchase a separate dumpster to hold and remove all debris.

Paper, cans and plastic recycling should not be placed in the dumpster. Rather, all recycling should be placed at the end of your driveways before 6 am on pick-up days (see the calendar below).

Glass will not be collected by our carter, however the Town of Brookhaven has a glass recycling drop off program, as detailed on this website.
